About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Network \& Infrastructure Engineer with 3–4 years of hands\-on experience in managing enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting capabilities across LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security components. The role requires proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and coordination with end users and vendors to ensure high network availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities – Network Administration \& Support
- Configure, manage, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, L2 and L3 switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and access points.
- Monitor network performance, uptime, and utilization using network monitoring tools.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues affecting users, applications, and business operations.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and recommend permanent fixes.
- Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and routing protocols.
Hands on exposure with servers will be added advantage
- Support Windows and Linux servers in coordination with system administrators.
- Monitor server health, storage utilization, and network connectivity.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Coordinate server patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.
Security \& Compliance
- Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security, and network access controls.
- Monitor network security alerts and respond to security incidents.
- Implement network security best practices and compliance requirements.
Incident Management
- Handle L1/L2/L3 network incidents and service requests.
- Provide on\-site and remote troubleshooting support.
- Maintain documentation of network diagrams, configurations, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors and ISPs for issue resolution.
Preventive Maintenance
- Conduct regular health checks of network devices and servers.
- Perform firmware and software upgrades on network equipment.
- Ensure backups of network configurations and critical infrastructure.
