Network Programmer & Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Network Programmer \& Engineer with hands\-on experience in network administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and MikroTik technologies. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining network infrastructure, configuring routers and switches, ensuring network security, and optimizing network performance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MikroTik routers, switches, and wireless networking equipment.
• Work with MikroTik RouterOS, WinBox, and command\-line configuration.
• Configure routing protocols, including OSPF and BGP, as required.
• Manage IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and firewall rules.
• Configure and maintain VPNs, including IPsec, L2TP, and WireGuard.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and resolve network outages.
• Implement bandwidth management, traffic shaping, and Quality of Service (QoS).
• Maintain network security, access controls, and firewall configurations.
• Support LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, and internet connectivity across the organization.
• Develop scripts and automate network administration tasks using MikroTik scripting or other relevant programming tools.
• Maintain network documentation, configuration backups, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with ISPs and other technical teams to resolve network\-related issues.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
• Practical experience with MikroTik routers and RouterOS.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with WinBox, firewall configuration, VPNs, VLANs, and bandwidth management.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
• Basic programming or scripting skills for network automation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• MikroTik MTCNA certification; MTCRE or other advanced MikroTik certifications are an advantage.
• Experience with Cisco, Ubiquiti, or other networking equipment.
• Knowledge of Linux networking and server administration.
• Familiarity with Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
• Experience managing enterprise or ISP\-level network infrastructure.
