We are currently seeking a Networking Senior Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN\-UP), India (IN).

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Ensures that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational
• Performs necessary checks, apply monitoring tools and respond to alerts.

Identifies problems and errors prior to or when it occurs and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of

detail.

• Assists in analyzing, assigning, and escalating support calls.
• Investigates third line support calls assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems
• Reports and escalates issues to 3rd party vendors if necessary.

Good understanding of managing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA). Implement URL filtering, SSL inspection, cloud firewall policies.Troubleshoot internet access. Manage PAC files and forwarding profiles. Manage Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). Configure App Connectors. Support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) initiatives. Troubleshoot application access and authentication issues.

Good understanding of Zscaler Zero Trust SD\-WAN / Branch Connector architecture and administration. Branch connectivity, ISP links, routing, DNS, DHCP, NAT, TCP/IP and subnetting. Deployment modes, branch configuration templates and zero\-touch provisioning. Change management, implementation plans, rollback procedures and operational documentation.

Understanding of IoT / OT Security

Security Operations

Monitor security incidents and analyze logs.

Investigate threats, policy violations, and anomalous activities.

Work with SOC, Network, and Endpoint teams during incident response.

Integrate Zscaler with Azure AD / Entra ID , Okta , Active Directory , SIEM platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar) , Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, or APIs.

Troubleshooting \- Diagnose issues related to PAC files , ZCC (Zscaler Client Connector) , Authentication , SSL decryption , DNS resolution , Proxy forwarding , Application access

Required Technical Skills

Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) , Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) , Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) , SSL Inspection , PAC File Management , GRE/IPsec Tunnels , Network Security , TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS , Authentication Technologies (SAML, MFA, LDAP)

Security Knowledge

Zero Trust Architecture , Secure Web Gateway (SWG) , CASB , DLP , Cloud Security

Preferred Skills

Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) , Microsoft Defender Suite , Sentinel SIEM , Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point firewalls , Scripting (PowerShell/Python)

Experience

4 \+ years of Network Security experience.

3 \+ years of hands\-on experience with ZIA and/or ZPA.

Experience in enterprise cloud security environments.
