Node.js Developer (2+ Years Experience) – Kolkata | Onsite

We are looking for an experienced **Node.js Developer** with strong backend development skills to build scalable, secure, and high\-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with **Node.js, Sequelize ORM, MySQL (Mandatory), RESTful APIs,** and backend development.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and third\-party integrations.
• Collaborate with frontend developers for seamless application development.
• Review code, maintain coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code.
• Manage source code using Git.
• Contribute to backend architecture and deployment strategies.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

• *Mandatory Skills**

• **Minimum 2\+ years of hands\-on experience in Node.js.**
• **Strong expertise in Sequelize ORM.**
• **Strong hands\-on experience with MySQL – Mandatory.**
• Experience with PostgreSQL will be an added advantage.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of MVC and service\-oriented architecture.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js or Vue.js.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem\-solving skills.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud Services.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or Microservices Architecture.
