About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with strong backend development experience in building scalable and high\-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on expertise in Node.js, Express.js/NestJS, database management, and real\-time communication technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop server\-side logic using Express.js or NestJS frameworks.
• Work with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL databases for data modeling and optimization.
• Implement real\-time features using Socket.io/WebSockets.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high\-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Follow coding standards, security best practices, and development processes.

Required Skills

• 4\+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in **Node.js**.
• Hands\-on experience with **Express.js** and/or **NestJS**.
• Experience working with **MongoDB** and/or **PostgreSQL**.
• Strong understanding of **Socket.io/WebSocket** implementation.
• Experience in API development and integration.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event\-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with Git version control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.

Mandatory Requirements

• **PF (Provident Fund) employment history is mandatory.**
• Candidates should be available to join **immediately or within 1 week**.
• Must be comfortable working from the **Mumbai (Ghansoli) office location**.

Pay: Up to ₹1,300,000\.00 per year
