• *Mandatory Skills:**

Node.js (Runtime \& Backend Development), Design Patterns, Frontend Fundamentals (HTML5 \+ CSS3 \+ JavaScript \+ TypeScript), OOPS Concepts, JWT, Application Security, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB

• *Additional Skills:**

Angular 8\+, TypeScript, JavaScript, EC2 \+ Auto Scaling \+ Load Balancing, CI/CD

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Define and drive enterprise backend application architecture strategy using Node.js and modern API\-driven architectures.

• Establish engineering standards, governance models, and development best practices across teams.

• Define enterprise API architecture standards and secure integration frameworks.

• Establish API security standards leveraging OAuth2, JWT, and industry\-recognized authentication and authorization practices.

• Drive enterprise adoption of application security frameworks and OWASP\-aligned secure development practices.

• Establish engineering standards for low\-level design, SOLID principles, design patterns, and backend architecture across development teams.

• Define enterprise architecture guidelines for Microservices, Modular Monolith, and Monolithic application architectures aligned with technology strategy and business objectives.

• Define secure coding standards, security governance processes, and vulnerability management strategies.

• Lead architecture reviews and ensure applications meet security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability objectives.

• Guide teams on backend architecture, API design, security controls, and engineering best practices.

• Identify technical and security risks while defining mitigation strategies and governance controls.

• Drive application modernization and continuous improvement initiatives focused on security, performance, and scalability.

• Establish development quality standards and engineering excellence practices across projects and programs.

• Collaborate with various teams and leadership stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on engineering maturity, security posture, platform reliability, and delivery excellence.
