NodeJs Backend Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated **Node.js Developer** to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have experience in building scalable backend applications, RESTful APIs, and working with databases. You will collaborate with frontend developers, mobile app developers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high\-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain server\-side applications using Node.js.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Node.js ecosystem and backend technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of **Node.js** and **JavaScript (ES6\+)**.
• Experience with **Express.js** or similar Node.js frameworks.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience with **MongoDB**, **MySQL**, or **PostgreSQL**.
• Knowledge of authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and event\-driven architecture.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Node.js development.
• Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
