AMER Technology is seeking a motivated and experienced **Non\-IT Recruiter** to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in recruiting for non\-technical positions across the US market and a passion for identifying top talent. Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and job fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain regular follow\-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the ATS regularly.

Required Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in **US Non\-IT Recruitment/US Staffing**.
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment process and sourcing methodologies.
• Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Comfortable working in the US Shift.
