• *About the Role**

DLIFE Home Interiors is looking for a proactive and experienced HR – Talent Acquisition / Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment records, and talent pipelines.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate closely with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Support onboarding and other HR\-related activities as required.
• Use Zoho and other HR/recruitment tools for maintaining recruitment data and records.

• *Requirements**

• 2\+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, BBA, MBA (HR) or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and candidate management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
• Proactive, organized, and target\-oriented approach.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Zoho software will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
