We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Non\-IT US Recruiter** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end\-to\-end recruitment for non\-IT roles across the US market, ensuring timely hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

• *Requirements:**

• Experience in US Non\-IT Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills using job portals and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various non\-IT positions in the US market.
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• *Preferred:**

• Experience recruiting for **Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related industries** will be an added advantage.
