Non-Technical Project Manager

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Non\-Technical Project Manager** to manage software development projects related to accounting, billing, GST, and ERP solutions at Munim. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross\-functional teams, manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure successful project delivery without requiring hands\-on coding expertise.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end software project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Coordinate frontend, backend, full\-stack developers, QA engineers, designers, and product teams.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into actionable tasks and project plans.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and progress dashboards.
• Coordinate with product, finance, and business teams for accounting, billing, GST, and ERP requirements.
• Manage project dependencies, scope changes, stakeholder communication, and escalations.
• Coordinate testing, product releases, deployments, and post\-launch activities.

• *Skills \& Requirements**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum **5 years of project management experience**, including **3 years in a Team Lead or project leadership role**.
• Experience managing software development projects in a SaaS or software product\-based company.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management practices.
• Ability to coordinate React.js, Node.js, and full\-stack development teams without hands\-on coding.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong project planning, leadership, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Min. 2 years of experience in accounting, billing, GST, ERP, or fintech product Industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross\-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for project planning, documentation, and workflow automation.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve team productivity, task management, and project reporting.
