• *Job Summary**

Responsible for managing new product development activities in the stamping division, including product feasibility, tooling development, process validation, customer approvals, and successful product launch within the defined quality, cost, and delivery targets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end new product development projects for sheet metal stamping components.
• Review customer drawings and specifications to assess product and process feasibility.
• Coordinate with Tool Room, Production, Quality, PPC, Purchase, and Design teams for project execution.
• Monitor die development, tooling trials, modifications, and process validation.
• Coordinate prototype development, sample submission, and customer approvals.
• Prepare and maintain APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and Control Plans.
• Monitor project schedules, development costs, and launch milestones.
• Troubleshoot tooling and process\-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and development lead time.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of sheet metal stamping processes and press tool development.
• Experience in new product development and automotive component manufacturing.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, GD\&T, and process validation.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and conduct feasibility assessments.
• Strong project management, analytical, and coordination skills.
