*Job Description :**
*O\-RAN MAC Development Engineer** to design, develop, and optimize **4G LTE MAC layer** components for an **O\-RAN–based Non\-Terrestrial Network (NTN)** system. The role involves adapting LTE MAC procedures to **satellite\-specific constraints** while ensuring compliance with O\-RAN and 3GPP standards.
Strong experience in **LTE (4G) MAC layer development**
Solid understanding of **3GPP LTE protocols**:
MAC, RLC, PHY interaction
Proficient in **C/C\+\+ programming** (real\-time or embedded systems)
Experience with **scheduler design**, HARQ processes, and RACH procedures
Knowledge of **O\-RAN architecture** and DU software stacks
Familiarity with **satellite / NTN concepts**:
Long RTT, Doppler shift, timing uncertainty
Experience with Linux\-based development and debugging tools
Pay: Up to ₹1,900,000\.00 per year
