ODOO ERP Executive

• *About the Role**

Ethnic Zuri is looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Odoo ERP Executive to manage and streamline our ERP operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate product and inventory data, coordinating ERP\-related activities across departments, and ensuring smooth integration of our retail showroom, online store, mobile application, and backend operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with Odoo ERP, excellent problem\-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with technical teams and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Odoo ERP Management

\* Manage daily operations and activities within Odoo ERP.

\* Configure and maintain relevant ERP modules based on business requirements.

\* Identify system issues and coordinate with the technical team or Odoo implementation partner for resolution.

\* Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of ERP operations.

2\. Inventory \& Product Management

\* Maintain accurate product masters, SKUs, barcodes, product categories, and pricing.

\* Manage stock entries, stock transfers, purchase receipts, and inventory adjustments.

\* Ensure accurate inventory tracking across multiple retail outlets and the central warehouse.

\* Maintain consistency between physical stock and ERP records.

\* Support systematic inventory management for retail and online sales.

3\. Retail, Website \& Mobile App Integration

\* Coordinate Odoo ERP operations with the company’s website and mobile application.

\* Monitor product listings, pricing, stock availability, and order synchronisation.

\* Ensure online orders are processed accurately and inventory is updated accordingly.

\* Identify and report integration issues involving the website, app, billing, and inventory systems.

4\. Purchase \& Vendor Management

\* Maintain vendor records and purchase\-related information.

\* Assist with purchase orders, goods receipts, and supplier data management.

\* Coordinate with the purchase and store teams to maintain accurate stock records.

5\. Sales \& Reporting

\* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.

\* Monitor stock movement, fast\-moving products, slow\-moving inventory, and stock discrepancies.

\* Assist management with ERP reports and business data analysis.

\* Maintain accurate records to support business planning and decision\-making.

6\. Team Coordination \& Training

\* Coordinate with store managers, sales staff, accounts, purchase, and e\-commerce teams.

\* Train employees on the correct use of Odoo ERP.

\* Establish standard operating procedures for ERP\-related activities.

\* Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

\* Minimum 2 years of hands\-on experience working with Odoo ERP.

\* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field preferred.

\* Good understanding of inventory management, purchase, sales, and retail operations.

\* Experience with Odoo modules such as Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Point of Sale (POS).

\* Understanding of website and e\-commerce integration with ERP systems.

\* Knowledge of product master management, SKUs, barcodes, and stock reconciliation.

\* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills.

\* Good communication and coordination skills.

\* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Skills

\* Experience in Odoo implementation, configuration, customisation, or integration.

\* Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, XML, or APIs.

\* Experience managing ERP operations for retail businesses with multiple sales channels or outlets.

\* Familiarity with e\-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and inventory synchronisation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The candidate’s performance will be evaluated based on

\* Accuracy of inventory and product data.

\* Timely resolution of ERP\-related issues.

\* Accuracy of stock reconciliation across outlets and online channels.

\* Smooth processing and synchronisation of online orders.

\* Timely submission of management reports.

\* Effective coordination and training of employees.
