We are looking for an experienced **Odoo Functional Consultant** to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and implement Odoo ERP solutions that align with client needs. The consultant will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring successful configuration, customization, and delivery of Odoo modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and translate them into Odoo functional requirements
• Conduct requirement\-gathering workshops and prepare functional specification documents (FSD)
• Configure Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, etc.
• Coordinate with Odoo developers for customizations and integrations
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and ensure solution quality
• Provide end\-user training, documentation, and post\-go\-live support
• Manage change requests and ensure solutions meet business objectives
• Support data migration and system deployment activities
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Odoo best practices

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field
• 2–6\+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Consultant
• Strong understanding of Odoo business workflows and configurations
• Experience working with Odoo versions (Community or Enterprise)
• Ability to write clear functional and process documentation
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working with cross\-functional and technical teams

Preferred Skills

• Odoo certification(s) (Functional / Accounting / Inventory, etc.)
• Domain experience in Accounting, Manufacturing, Retail, or Supply Chain
• Basic understanding of Odoo technical concepts (Python, XML, workflows)
• Experience with ERP implementations and client\-facing projects
• Knowledge of Agile or project management methodologies
