Job Description

We are seeking a well\-organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the workplace.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage day\-to\-day office administration and operations.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, attendence staff and site engineer and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
  • Assist with data entry, report preparation, and filing.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized, clean, and efficient.
  • *Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
  • *Preferred Skills:**
  • Knowledge of office management procedures.
  • Experience with office equipment and administrative software.
  • Professional attitude with strong customer service skills.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
