- **Package Handling:** Sorting, loading, and unloading parcels into vehicles (bikes/bikes) and ensuring items remain undamaged.
- **Documentation \& Payment:** Obtaining customer signatures (proof of delivery), updating app\-based delivery records, and handling COD (Cash on Delivery) transactions.
- **Customer Service:** Acting as the face of the company, answering queries, and handling returns politely.
