Job Description*JOB ROLE: OFFICE ASSISTANT (ADMINISTRATION \& OPERATIONS)**
*Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Arts or related field from a recognized university.
*Role Overview:** Provide administrative and operational support through office coordination, documentation management, meeting logistics, correspondence handling and routine office administration.
*** Office Administration: Manage front\-office operations, visitors, inquiries and telephone calls.
Documentation: Maintain physical and digital filing systems and records.
Correspondence Management: Draft, proofread and manage official letters, reports and emails.
WhatsApp Community
Meeting \& Travel Coordination: Arrange meetings, travel bookings and logistics support.
Data Management: Maintain databases, operational records and filing systems.
Accounts Support: Assist with invoices, expense reports and basic bookkeeping activities.
*Skills \& Competencies** Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong documentation and record management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹29,000\.00 per month
