We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our clinic/office. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Maintain office records, files, and documents.
Assist with billing, invoicing, and data entry.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Prepare reports and correspondence as required.
Support day\-to\-day administrative activities.
Coordinate with staff and clients to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain confidentiality of client and office information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time\-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
