Job Summary

Continual Group is looking for a responsible, punctual, and well\-organised Office Boy / Office Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should maintain office cleanliness, assist employees and visitors, and ensure the smooth functioning of routine office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to employees and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in office areas, meeting rooms, and the pantry.
• Ensure the pantry is clean and stocked with essential supplies.
• Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and basic document\-related tasks.
• Deliver and collect documents, files, and other office materials as required.
• Assist with courier handling, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
• Support the HR and Administration teams with day\-to\-day office activities.
• Assist with office supply management and report shortages to the concerned person.
• Help prepare meeting rooms and ensure they are ready for meetings.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the HR or Administration team.

Eligibility Criteria

• **Education:** Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
• **Experience:** Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• **Skills:** Good communication, time management, and basic organisational skills.
• **Personal Qualities:** Honest, punctual, polite, disciplined, and helpful.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with employees across departments.
