  • *Greenbio Products** is an innovative leader in sustainable manufacturing, dedicated to developing and commercializing 100% biodegradable and compostable solutions to replace single\-use plastics. As we scale our manufacturing operations, we are looking for a highly disciplined, organized, and reliable Office Assistant to manage our factory administration and documentation at Baramati.
  • *Position Overview**

We are seeking a mature professional (aged 30 or above) to take full ownership of administrative operations, vendor communication, and critical trade documentation at our Baramati factory. This role demands excellent language proficiency, extreme attention to detail in handling legal/accounts paperwork, and a high level of operational discipline. **Candidates must be willing to relocate to Baramati.**

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • *Accounts Coordination:** Collect, organize, and verify factory\-level financial documents (bills, invoices, receipts, and petty cash logs). Act as the primary on\-site coordinator to feed accurate, timely data to the senior accountant and core accounting team.
  • *Import \& Export Documentation:** Oversee and prepare shipping documents, customs paperwork, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Coordinate closely with logistics partners and customs agents for smooth transit of materials.
  • *Documentation \& Compliance:** Manage and file all factory\-level paperwork, including production logs, dispatch records, raw material inventory data, and local factory compliance documents.
  • *Liaison \& Communication:** Serve as the main communication link at the factory for external vendors, transporters, and corporate headquarters. Ensure clear, professional correspondence.
  • *Factory Administration**: Maintain general workplace discipline, manage routine factory office requirements, and support the plant manager in administrative tasks.
  • *Candidate Profile \& Qualifications**
  • *Age Criteria:** Above 30 years (Strict requirement for maturity, reliability, and stability).
  • *Language Skills:** Fluent, professional communication skills in \*English\* and \*Hindi\* (both verbal and written). Knowledge of Tamil / Malayalam will be an added advantage.
  • *Experience:** Prior experience working within a production, manufacturing, or factory environment is highly preferred.
  • *Technical Knowledge:** Basic understanding of accounting terms and processes to smoothly coordinate with the accounting team, paired with solid hands\-on knowledge of **Import\-Export (EXIM) paperwork.**
  • *Geographic Flexibility: Must be ready to permanently migrate/relocate to Baramati, Maharashtra.**

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
