Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and well\-organised Office Assistant to support our day\-to\-day office administration and operational activities.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Handle day\-to\-day office administration and general support activities.
• Maintain office cleanliness and ensure proper upkeep of office premises.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and documentation.
• Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and maintain courier records.
• Visit banks, post offices, and other external offices for official work.
• Assist with collecting and submitting documents.
• Support employees and management with office\-related requirements.
• Monitor office stationery and maintain inventory.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and other service providers whenever required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in office assistance, office administration, or a similar role.
• Minimum qualification: PUC / 10th / Any Graduate.
• Must have a valid two\-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle.
• Knowledge of Bangalore routes and nearby locations is preferred.
• Basic communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
• Should be punctual, trustworthy, disciplined, and responsible.
• Willingness to handle outdoor work and bank visits.
