Office Assistant

• *Role Overview:** It is a multi tasking responsible job for overseeing day\-to\-day logistics, sales, marketing including digital marketing activities at Zen Hospital ,KPHB Road number 5 ,Hyderabad to ensure seamless operational efficiency, and strict regulatory compliance across the 50\-bed facility.

• **Patient Flow \& Facility Care:** Oversee the smooth operations of the Outpatient Department (OPD), Inpatient Department (IPD), advanced operation theaters, 24/7 emergency unit, and the diagnostic lab by ASSISTING the relevant staff
• **Staff Coordination:** Assisting the management ,nursing teams, duty doctors, administrative staff, and other assigned personnel.
• **Quality Assurance \& Compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to hospital policies, bio\-medical waste protocols, hygiene standards, and local healthcare regulations.
• **Inventory \& Pharmacy Management:** Assisting in\-house pharmacy and vendors to prevent shortages of essential medicines and critical medical supplies.
• **Grievance Redressal:** Has to directly handle patient feedback, assist the reception to resolve billing issues, and streamline admission/discharge timelines to elevate the patient experience.
• **Focused on driving revenue growth** and increasing footfall for Zen Hospital by building networks with local corporations, residential communities, and primary care clinics in and around KPHB, Kukatpally, and neighboring zones.
• **B2B \& Corporate Tie\-ups:** Pitch and secure corporate tie\-ups, institutional health schemes, and pre\-employment health checks with local businesses and retail hubs like Lulu Mall.
• **Referral Network Building:** Connect with standalone general practitioners, clinics, and diagnostic labs to establish an active referral stream for specialized treatments (e.g., Endocrinology, Diabetology, Gynecology).
• **Health Camps \& Community Outreach:** Organize regular health check\-up camps, diabetes awareness programs, and promotional events within gated communities and commercial spaces in KPHB.
• **TPA \& Insurance Liaison:** Work alongside insurance providers and Third\-Party Administrators (TPAs) to secure empanelment and streamline cashless treatment options for patients.
• **Sales Targets \& Reporting:** Track footfall conversions from outreach activities and deliver regular patient acquisition metrics to the management team.
• **Social Media \& Content Strategy:** Plan, launch, and manage localized healthcare campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Develop regular reels, infographics, and health awareness content for platforms like Instagram.
• **Local SEO Management:** Maintain and optimize the hospital’s online listings (Google Business Profile, Justdial, Practo) to ensure top search visibility
• **Reputation \& Review Management:** Monitor and address patient reviews on online directories to systematically improve the hospital's digital ratings and public trust.
• **Website Management:** Update the official Zen Hospital website with relevant doctor schedules, blog posts on hormone health, new treatment launches, and appointment forms.
• **Traditional Collateral Design:** Design and coordinate print media, brochures, standees, and localized outdoor signage around Road No. 5 KPHB to capture walk\-in inquiries.
