Office Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile **Office Assistant** to join our team in Kolkata. This is a unique role that goes beyond standard office duties. You will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, managing our online presence across social media platforms, and traveling to meet directly with clients to assist with business deals.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Office Administration:** Perform daily office tasks, including basic data entry, internet research, and general computer work.
• **Social Media Handling:** Manage and update our business profiles on Facebook and Instagram. Create basic posts, respond to messages, and help grow our online presence.
• **Client Meetings \& Field Work:** Travel locally to visit customers and clients, represent the company professionally, and assist in negotiating or finalizing business deals.
• **Coordination:** Act as a reliable communication bridge between the office team and the clients you meet in the field.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

• **Education:** Any qualification (10th pass, 12th pass, or Graduates are all welcome to apply).
• **Computer Skills:** Basic proficiency in using a computer, sending emails, and browsing the internet.
• **Social Media Knowledge:** Must be highly familiar with navigating and using Facebook and Instagram.
• **Willingness to Travel:** Must be comfortable traveling within Kolkata to meet clients on a regular basis. *(Having a personal two\-wheeler is a plus, but not strictly mandatory).*
• **Communication Skills:** Good local language and communication skills to effectively speak with customers and close deals.
• **Attitude:** Presentable, confident, and eager to learn.
