Job Description
Job Title: Office Assistant
- *Job Summary:**
We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant to help with daily office work. The candidate should be 12th pass, have basic English knowledge, and be willing to handle routine office tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Open and close the office on time
- Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of the office
- Data entry and updating records (computer/registers)
- Handling files, documents, and paperwork
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Assist seniors with day\-to\-day office work
- Receive visitors and guide them politely
- Courier handling (sending/receiving documents)
- Any other office\-related work as assigned
Eligibility \& Requirements
- Minimum qualification: **12th Pass**
- Basic knowledge of **English reading and writing**
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel preferred)
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Working Hours
- Full\-time (timings can be mentioned as per your office requirement)

- Freshers can apply
- Prior office experience will be an added advantage
