Job Description

Job Title: Office Assistant

  • *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant to help with daily office work. The candidate should be 12th pass, have basic English knowledge, and be willing to handle routine office tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Open and close the office on time
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of the office
  • Data entry and updating records (computer/registers)
  • Handling files, documents, and paperwork
  • Answer phone calls and take messages
  • Assist seniors with day\-to\-day office work
  • Receive visitors and guide them politely
  • Courier handling (sending/receiving documents)
  • Any other office\-related work as assigned

Eligibility \& Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: **12th Pass**
  • Basic knowledge of **English reading and writing**
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel preferred)
  • Honest, punctual, and responsible
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Working Hours

  • Full\-time (timings can be mentioned as per your office requirement)

Experience

  • Freshers can apply
  • Prior office experience will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full\-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
