- Basic knowledge on MS Excel, Word and Power Point Presentations
- Need to have good telephone etiquette in handling customer calls
- Should be a sincere, quick learner and a good team player
- Need to organize office documents and registers
- Need to perform quality checks and should handle product dispatch
- Need to have good writing skills along with basic knowledge in preparing reports
