We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Office Coordinator who can handle both administrative responsibilities and export documentation. As we do not have a full\-time dedicated Export Executive requirement, this role is ideal for a multitasking candidate who can efficiently manage multiple functions within the organization.
*Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and manage export documentation
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading (B/L) / Airway Bill (AWB)
Certificate of Origin
Shipping Bill \& Export Declaration
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), and logistics partners
Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Maintain accurate records of export and office documents
Handle communication with international clients and vendors
Assist in customs clearance procedures
Support internal teams (sales, accounts, warehouse) for smooth operations
Manage day\-to\-day office coordination and administrative tasks
*Required Skills:**
Knowledge of export documentation and procedures
Ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with training may apply)
