We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to handle administrative responsibilities and export documentation. Since we do not require a full-time dedicated Export Executive, this position is perfect for a multitasking individual who can efficiently manage various functions. Key duties include preparing and managing export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading or airway bills, certificates of origin, shipping bills, and export declarations. The coordinator will coordinate with freight forwarders, custom house agents, and logistics partners, track shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, and maintain accurate records of export and office documents. Handling communications related to export processes is also part of the role. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
