*Describe the position:**

An **Office Head** is responsible primarily for driving business from different verticals in a location / region

*Scope of work:**

Achieve monthly topline targets
Ensure diversification of portfolio into motor, non\-motor, health products for the location they are managing
Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
Coordinate with team/VHs to ensure month on month completion of the targets set
Monitoring daily reports, MIS \& other operational work pertaining to the branch
Monitoring daily receipts, payment and other bank transactions
Processing onboarding requests
Responsible for achieving overall GWP (Gross Written Premium)
Responsible for sustainable profitability
Responsible to maintain COR at budgeted levels
Combined Ratio\- Minimizing Loss \& Cost of Acquisition
Ensuring IRDAI compliance regarding licensing
Handling a team of relationships managers.
Ensure training team on products, process and USPs of Company
Resolve the discrepancies raised by the Underwriter and issue policies at branch level.
Identify the area of improvement \& enhancing business opportunity
Responsible for explorations \& identification of new business avenues by way of business leads \& networking.

*Professional Experience:** 7\+ years; GI experience in agency/retail broking/dealership

*Technology known:** Excel
