An office manager is a versatile professional responsible for overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of an office environment, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. As an office manager, your duties involve managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and handling general office procedures. Your role is vital for maintaining a well\-organised and productive workplace.
- *Responsibilities**
- **Coordination of day\-to\-day administrative activities** mail, telephone and e\-mail management
- **Supplies management** monitoring office supplies stocks, ordering and managing supplies
- **Organising meetings and events** planning and organising internal and external meetings, seminars and events
- **HR support functions** : assistance with recruiters, the recruitment process, on\-boarding follow ups of new employees and management of all files and documents
- **Budget management** monitoring administrative expenditure and preparing financial reports
- **Internal coordination** : facilitating communication between different clients outside the company
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
