• *Core Responsibilities1\. Material \& Supply Chain Coordination**

• Track inventory levels for key solar components, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, mounting structures, AC/DC cables, and net meters.
• Coordinate purchase orders (POs) and deliveries with equipment vendors, manufacturers, and transport/logistics partners.
• Verify that shipped materials match site BOMs (Bills of Materials) before dispatching to installation locations.
• Monitor delayed shipments, resolve stock shortages, and update project managers or installation teams immediately.

• *2\. Field \& Team Scheduling**

• Coordinate site surveys, delivery schedules, and installation timelines between sales, design engineers, and field installation crews.
• Maintain master trackers for ongoing residential or commercial solar projects.
• Confirm site readiness (power access, clearance, safety gear, and material delivery) before dispatching technicians.

• *3\. Documentation \& Compliance Support**

• Prepare and process quotations, delivery challans, purchase invoices, and vendor bills.
• Maintain digital and physical logs of inventory receipts, stock issues, and returns.
• Assist in organizing utility net\-metering paperwork, subsidy/rebate files, or statutory compliance documents where required.

• *4\. Client \& Vendor Communication**

• Act as the point of contact for update inquiries from customers regarding material delivery and installation dates.
• Follow up with vendors regarding pending dispatches, warranties, and replacement of faulty or damaged components.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 per month
