• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Client Service, Strategy, Product Management, or similar roles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to absorb new concepts through self\-driven research and by leveraging market connects
• Sound understanding of the capital market ecosystem, with specific exposure to post\-trade settlement activities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast\-changing, dynamic environment

• *Key Responsibilities / Job Description:**

• Identify, recognize, and reach out to prospective clients to pitch the company’s products and services
• Arrange and attend face\-to\-face business meetings with potential and existing clients
• Prepare business proposals and presentations and present them effectively to clients
• Aggressively follow up on leads and work towards achieving assigned targets
• Build and maintain long\-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Coordinate and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and delivery
• Conduct follow\-up meetings and reminders with internal teams and clients
• Monitor DP performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide management with insights on market expansion strategies
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for DPs and market intermediaries
• Promote awareness of new CDSL products, system upgrades, and regulatory changes
• Actively participate in events, seminars, and training programs organized by the company
