On-Page and Tech SEO Specialist

• *Overview:** We are looking for a highly skilled and detail\-oriented On\-Page \& Technical SEO Specialist who can improve website visibility, search engine rankings, and overall site performance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO audits, on\-page optimization, website architecture, crawling/indexing, Core Web Vitals, and SEO strategy implementation.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Optimize website pages to improve Google rankings and organic traffic.
• Perform on\-page SEO including meta tags, keyword optimization, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and fix crawling, indexing, broken links, redirects, and page speed issues.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and schema implementation.
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Optimize content for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve visibility in AI\-driven search results.

• *Requirements** **:**

• Strong experience in On\-Page \& Technical SEO.
• Proven ability to rank website pages on Google.
• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
• Knowledge of AEO, GEO, structured data, and AI search optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
