✅ Plan, execute, \& optimize paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube \& Google Ads
✅ Monitor and analyze campaign performance, maximizing ROI
✅ Collaborate with design, content \& sales teams for cohesive messaging
✅ A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to boost conversions
✅ Generate performance reports with insights and recommendations
✔ 3–4 years of hands\-on experience in PPC campaign management
✔ Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, etc.
✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills
✔ Excellent communication \& team collaboration abilities
✔ Experience in the real estate sector is a bonus!
