Job Description

We are looking for an experienced **Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist** to improve our brand's online reputation, increase genuine positive customer reviews, and strengthen our presence across multiple review platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve brand reputation on **Google, WeddingWire, The Knot, Trustpilot, Sitejabber**, and other review websites.
• Develop strategies to generate more authentic positive customer reviews and improve overall ratings.
• Manage negative reviews, customer feedback, and online complaints professionally.
• Improve positive brand visibility in Google search results.
• Monitor brand mentions and maintain a trustworthy online presence.
• Develop and execute effective online reputation improvement campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM).
• Experience improving ratings and generating genuine customer reviews.
• Knowledge of review platforms, SEO, and brand reputation strategies.
• Strong English communication and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable results from previous projects.
