Job Description

Jayaram Cards is looking for an Online Sales \& Customer Support Executive to manage customer enquiries, assist with wedding card selections and help convert online enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, the company website and other online channels.
• Help customers select wedding invitations by explaining product options, designs, specifications and pricing.
• Follow up with prospective customers and support sales conversion.
• Coordinate order details, payments, production updates and delivery information.
• Provide timely, professional support before and after sales.
• Maintain customer records and ensure a smooth purchasing experience.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in spoken Tamil or Hindi to communicate effectively with customers.
• Good written communication and customer\-handling skills.
• A friendly, patient, organised and sales\-oriented approach.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp and online communication tools.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: Weekly off

Work Arrangement

This is a full\-time, office\-based position at our Puthiyapalam, Kozhikode location.
