Opening for Cluster Head - Car Loan (New Cars) in Thane

One of the primary objectives is to achieve growth in the vehicle loan portfolio. The Cluster Head for Vehicle Loans plays a crucial role in overseeing and growing the vehicle loan business within a designated cluster. This position involves strategic leadership, team management, sales target achievement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirement

• *Role \& Responsibilities**

· Recruit, train, and lead a team of vehicle loan professionals, including loan officers and sales executives Generate Loan leads from open markets and through different channels

· Implement and develop sales activities to achieve the target and arrange loan events

· Meeting clients, verifying documents, processing files, co\-ordinate for sanction/disbursement of the loan, and personalized service to clients.

· Ensure the team maintains strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

· Provide feedback, coaching, and support for continuous improvement to team.

· Manage the cluster's budget effectively, making informed decisions about resource allocation and cost control.

· Ensure zero incidents of conflict of interest or party\-related issues.

· Monitor and address any potential conflicts proactively.

· Ensure all new hires are thoroughly briefed on the bank’s Code of Conduct and Customer Service Code.

· Conduct regular refresher sessions for existing staff to maintain awareness and compliance.

· Maintain accurate daily attendance records and ensure timely submission of any related reports or Management Information System (MIS) reports.

· Ensure that attendance of the team adheres to organizational policies with zero errors.

· Immediately report any complaints related to POSH or any disciplinary issues and take prompt action to address the reported issues.

· Ensure proper use of office infrastructure and equipment and always maintain safety and security of all office resources.
