- 70% Recruitment 30 % Generalist role.
- Support in recruitment
- Conduct employee on boarding Process and exit process
- Provide support to employees in various HR\-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain employee data and records
- Organizing team building activities
