Key Responsibilities: Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition

• Understand job requirements shared by hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate interview logistics.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in offer roll\-out and onboarding activities.

Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
