Operation Executive

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Verify and process sales orders
• Confirm order details with clients through telephonic communication
• Check product availability in inventory and Tally ERP system
• Verify customer ledger and payment status before order processing
• Coordinate with Production/Planning if stock is unavailable
• Follow up with Purchase department for raw material requirements
• Ensure timely order execution and customer updates

• *Requirements:**

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or related field
• Good communication and coordination skills
• MS Excel proficiency

• *Salary:** As per industry standards
