Operation & Maintenance Executive

We are looking for a technically capable Operation \& Maintenance Executive to ensure the smooth functioning, maintenance and technical support of the AIS\-140 Vehicle Tracking Platform and associated IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day operation and maintenance activities of the tracking platform.
• Ensure the proper functioning of IT equipment and control room infrastructure.
• Coordinate with technical teams for software and hardware maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and identify technical issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting GPS tracking devices and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Ensure timely reporting and resolution of technical issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers whenever required.
• Support system upgrades, testing and operational activities.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in IT operations, hardware maintenance, networking or technical support.
• Experience with GPS, vehicle tracking systems or IT infrastructure maintenance will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• Understanding of GPS and vehicle tracking systems.
• Troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Knowledge of system maintenance and documentation.
• MS Office and reporting skills.
• Good coordination and problem\-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
