Operations Manager – 102 Ambulance Project

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and result\-oriented **Operations Manager** to lead the operations of the **102 Ambulance Project** in Tripura. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in **Healthcare Operations** with proven experience in managing large\-scale field operations, government liaisoning, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day\-to\-day operations of the 102 Ambulance Project across Tripura.
• Liaise and maintain strong professional relationships with Government officials, NHM, Health Department, District Authorities, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth ambulance operations and compliance with project guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Lead, supervise, and manage operational teams, including field staff and support personnel.
• Monitor ambulance deployment, utilization, fleet performance, and service delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure uninterrupted operational support.
• Oversee billing cycles, documentation, invoice processing, and payment follow\-ups.
• Prepare operational reports and MIS for management review.
• Conduct field visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Fleet, and MIS departments for seamless project execution.
• Handle operational escalations and implement process improvements to enhance service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

• *Education:** Any Graduate.

• *Experience:**

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Healthcare Operations.
• Experience in Ambulance Services, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), NHM Projects, Hospital Operations, or Public Health Projects will be preferred.
• Candidates must be from the Healthcare Sector with an Operations background.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel extensively across Tripura.

Compensation

• *Salary:** ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
• *No salary bar for the right candidate.**
