Operation Manager

• *Job Summary:** Responsible for service, rental \& workshop operations, machine uptime, team management, safety and customer satisfaction.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage daily service, breakdown, installation \& commissioning of forklifts.
• Allocate jobs to engineers/technicians and monitor SLA/TAT compliance.
• Manage rental fleet \- deployment, utilization, maintenance \& billing.
• Lead team of supervisors, technicians, operators \- roster, performance \& training.
• Implement preventive maintenance as per.
• Handle major breakdowns \- hydraulics, engine, battery, controller.
• Ensure workshop \& site safety \- PPE, 5S, ISO, statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with stores for spares availability and control downtime.
• Act as escalation point for key customers, ensure CSAT \& AMC renewal.
• Control operations cost, manpower cost \& improve service profitability.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS \- uptime, SLA, fleet utilization, expenses.
• Manage vendors for outsourcing, transport \& manpower.

• *Skills:** Forklift/MHE technical knowledge, Leadership, Customer Handling, SAP/ERP, Safety Compliance.

• *KPIs:** Uptime \>95%, SLA Adherence, Fleet Utilization, CSAT, Cost Control, Zero Accident.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹65,000\.00 per month
