The Operations Manager is responsible for managing overall security operations, manpower deployment, client satisfaction, field supervision, statutory compliance, and achieving operational excellence across all client locations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of all deployed security personnel.
Ensure 100% manpower deployment at client sites.
Supervise Field Supervisors and Operations Staff.
Conduct regular client visits and review service quality.
Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of security personnel.
Coordinate recruitment, training, and deployment activities.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, and company policies.
Review incident reports and take corrective actions.
Prepare operational reports and MIS for management.
Maintain client retention and contract renewal.
Manage emergency situations and operational contingencies.
Qualification
Any Degree/Diploma.
5–10 years of experience in Security Services, Facility Management, or Operations.
