We are expanding our team and looking for passionate, performance\-driven professionals for the role of Operational Manager.

Location: Mohali

Working: 5\.5 Days a Week

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end\-to\-end contact center operations and drive operational excellence.
• Manage Team Leaders and large\-scale teams to achieve business KPIs.
• Monitor and improve key metrics including Productivity, Quality, CSAT, SLA, Revenue, and Attrition.
• Analyze operational data and implement continuous process improvements.
• Drive employee engagement, coaching, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
• Manage workforce planning, performance reviews, compliance, and operational governance.What We're Looking For:

✔ Proven experience as an **Operations Manager** in a BPO/Contact Center environment.

✔ Strong leadership and people management skills.

✔ Excellent analytical and decision\-making abilities.

✔ Experience managing client relationships and business reviews.

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
