Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

· Manage and optimize daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and performance.

· Build and maintain relationships with high\-net\-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors.

· Oversee lead generation strategies and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to facilitate luxury property sales.

· Monitor market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

· Negotiate and close high\-value transactions while ensuring a seamless client experience.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand positioning and promotional strategies.

· Train, mentor, and manage sales executives for continuous skill enhancement and growth.

Requirements

· Proven experience in luxury real estate sales and sales operations management.

· Strong leadership, operational oversight, and team management skills.

· Exceptional ability to generate, manage, and convert high\-quality leads.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

· Deep understanding of luxury lifestyle expectations and market dynamics.

· Ability to handle high\-profile clients with discretion and professionalism.

· Self\-driven, goal\-oriented, and a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus.

· 5\+ Years of experience in Luxury Real estate

Location \- HSR Layout, Banglore

Pay: ₹130,000\.00 \- ₹140,000\.00 per month
