Role Overview
We are looking for a detail\-oriented intern to support client onboarding, user access management, documentation, and operational activities. The role will help ensure smooth onboarding and efficient platform operations.
Key Responsibilities
\* Create and manage client accounts.
\* Provide and update user access.
\* Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and feature guides.
\* Track onboarding activities and maintain records.
\* Coordinate with internal teams for client support.
\* Assist in feature validation and UAT testing.
Required Skills
\* Good communication and documentation skills.
\* Strong attention to detail and organization.
\* Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
\* Quick learner with basic technical aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications
\* Pursuing or recently completed BBA, BCOM, BCA
\* Prior internship experience in operations, documentation, or customer support is preferred.
Pay: From ₹7,000\.00 per month
