We are looking for an energetic, resourceful and highly organised Operations \& Projects Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our offices and retail showrooms across Bengaluru.
This is a hands\-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating people, managing multiple priorities and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
You will act as the operational backbone of the organisation—working with internal teams, helpers, vendors, contractors and service providers to ensure that day\-to\-day operations, maintenance, procurement, logistics and projects are executed seamlessly.
A two\-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively across Bengaluru are mandatory, as this role requires regular visits to multiple locations.

- *Operations \& Facility Management**
- Ensure all showrooms, offices and facilities are maintained in excellent condition.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance, housekeeping, safety and operational requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate helpers, housekeeping staff and support teams across locations.
- Ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- *Vendor \& Maintenance Coordination**
- Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, carpenters, technicians, courier partners and other vendors.
- Source reliable vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and monitor quality of work.
- Maintain a strong network of service providers for operational requirements.
- *Inventory, Procurement \& Asset Management**
- Maintain adequate stocks of stationery, pantry supplies, housekeeping materials and operational consumables.
- Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of supplies.
- Maintain records of assets, equipment, warranties, service schedules and maintenance history.
- Track warranty claims and service requests through to completion.
- *Logistics \& Courier Management**
- Coordinate courier dispatches, deliveries and inter\-showroom transfers.
- Track consignments and resolve delivery\-related issues.
- Identify and work with the most suitable logistics and courier partners.
- Conduct online and offline research to identify products, vendors, tools and operational solutions.
- Compare alternatives and recommend the most suitable solution based on quality, reliability and cost.
- Support management with sourcing and procurement decisions.
- *Project Execution \& New Showroom Set\-Up**
- Coordinate and oversee operational projects from planning through to completion.
- Assist with showroom openings, renovations, relocations and upgrades.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, landlords and service providers to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and milestones.
- *Team Coordination \& Follow\-Up**
- Utilise available helpers, showroom teams and external vendors to complete assigned tasks.
- Delegate appropriately while retaining ownership of outcomes.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard and within agreed timelines.
- Follow up consistently until closure and escalate concerns where necessary.
- Identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend practical solutions and support implementation.
- Maintain trackers, schedules and operational reports.
- *Desired Candidate Profile**
- 6–10 years of experience in operations, administration, facilities management, retail operations, project coordination or a similar role.
- Experience managing multiple locations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
