About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and result\-oriented Operations \& Centre Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day functioning of multiple physiotherapy clinics.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, hospital administration, or multi\-unit service businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations across multiple centres
Monitor attendance, staffing, scheduling, and performance
Track revenue, collections, and operational KPIs
Ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery
Handle inventory, vendor coordination, and procurement

Resolve operational challenges and patient escalations

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Coordinate with management on growth initiatives

Graduate/MBA/Hospital Administration background preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience managing teams and operations
Excellent reporting and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic MIS reporting

Success in This Role

The ideal candidate should be capable of creating systems, improving efficiency, increasing accountability, and supporting clinic growth.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
