*Key Responsibilities**
**Order Operations \& Fulfillment***
Manage order dispatch and tracking processes.
Coordinate store reassignment for orders when required.
Handle product replacement requests and ensure timely resolution.
Execute order closing processes after successful fulfillment.
Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth deliveries.
Confirm delivery partner availability for Sunday deliveries.
Contact customers with seafood orders scheduled for evening delivery and coordinate morning delivery whenever applicable.
Monitor partner store availability for order fulfillment.
Ensure cover and packaging material availability for smooth operations.
**Product \& Catalog Management***
Perform product price updates and price change implementations.
Manage item ON/OFF status based on stock availability and operational requirements.
Coordinate product outsourcing when requested products are unavailable with partner stores.
Maintain product availability information and coordinate with merchants for stock updates.
**Finance \& Settlement Operations***
Process store settlements accurately and on schedule.
Handle customer refund requests and refund processing.
Record and maintain daily expense entries.
Collect customer payments through payment links.
Follow up on pending payments and settlement\-related issues.
**Customer Support \& Customer Success***
Handle customer queries, complaints, and support requests through calls and messaging platforms.
Inform customers about porter charges, delivery\-related payments, and other applicable charges before delivery.
Provide order status updates and proactively communicate delivery\-related information.
Conduct post\-delivery customer feedback and review collection calls.
Record customer feedback and escalate concerns to the relevant team.
Monitor customer satisfaction and support customer retention initiatives.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and maintain a positive customer experience.
**Merchant \& Partner Management***
Inform merchants about order product details when they are not active on the platform.
Coordinate with partner stores regarding product availability and order fulfillment.
Monitor and maintain partner store availability status.
Manage merchant communication related to operations and fulfillment issues.
Ensure availability of required packaging materials and operational support resources.
**Business Development \& Store Acquisition Support***
Contact prospective partner stores and schedule onboarding appointments.
Follow up with interested merchants regarding partnership opportunities.
Explain Karichop’s services, operational process, and partnership benefits to prospective stores.
Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth store registration and activation.
Maintain records of onboarding leads, follow\-ups, and appointment status.
**Marketing \& Customer Engagement Support***
Schedule and send weekly push notifications, including Saturday promotional campaigns.
Support customer engagement and retention initiatives.
Coordinate communication campaigns as directed by the management team.
